Что-то определённо есть в мысли о том, что ругать и сочувствовать куда проще, чем хвалить и радоваться.
Думаю, тут стопроцентное попадание.
И - караул-караул! - ну какое из меня "Вы"? Совсем никакое! "Ты" из меня куда лучше, вот честное рыжее.
